1. Introduction

2. Services Provided

Water Storage Southwest provides consultation, design, supply, installation, and repair of water and waste systems. All services are subject to a formal written quotation. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend services without notice.

3. Site Access and Groundworks

For all installations and repairs:

• The client must provide clear access to the site.

• While we take every care to minimise disruption, groundworks by nature involve displacement. We will reinstate surfaces as agreed in the quotation, but we are not liable for the natural settlement of soil following excavation.

• The client must notify us of any known underground hazards or services (cables, gas lines) not mapped on standard utility plans.

4. Payment Terms

• Quotations are valid for 30 days.

• Payment terms will be specified on your invoice. We reserve the right to request a deposit before commencing works.

• Ownership of any goods or materials supplied remains with Water Storage Southwest until payment is received in full.

5. Liability

Water Storage Southwest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from system failures due to lack of maintenance by the client, extreme weather events, or third-party interference. Our liability is limited to the value of the works contracted.
